Authors and participants who require a visa to attend APISAT 2025 can request an Invitation Letter during the online registration process.
How to Request
How to Request
- In the registration form, check “Request Invitation Letter” and fill in the required fields.
- If you did not request it at first, you may update your registration information and add the request.
- Full name (as in passport), nationality, date of birth
- Passport number and expiration date
- Affiliation, position, contact email, and phone number
- Paper ID and paper title (if applicable)
- Letters are issued in the order of requests.
- Typical processing time is 3–5 business days after your information is verified.
- The PDF letter will be sent by email. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it.
- The Invitation Letter is for visa application support only and does not guarantee visa issuance.
- Ensure your passport information is accurate.
- For any corrections or urgent cases, don't hesitate to get in touch with the Secretariat.
