We welcome your online registration for APISAT 2025.
Please read the following guidelines carefully before proceeding with your registration.

Online Registration

Important Policies

• No Paper, No Podium; No Podium No Paper Policy.

  At least one author of each accepted paper must register by the early-bird deadline to ensure the paper is scheduled for presentation and included in the proceedings.

• Paper-Based Registration Policy

  If you have more than one accepted paper, you must register separately for each paper.
  Each registration must be completed with a unique user ID/email address.

• Eligibility for Member Registration

  Participants from the following societies are eligible for Member registration.
  A valid membership number must be provided during registration:
  – Chinese Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics (CSAA)
  – The Royal Aeronautical Society (RAeS)
  – The Korean Society for Aeronautical and Space Sciences (KSAS)
  – The Japan Society for Aeronautical and Space Sciences (JSASS)

• Student Registration Verification

  Student registrants may be asked to provide valid proof of student status, such as a student ID card or an official certificate of enrollment.

Registration Deadlines

• Early-Bird Registration: Until September 15, 2025 (KST)
• Regular & On-site Registration: From September 15, 2025 onward

Online registration and payment will be accepted until Oct. 5th, 2025.

Payment Methods

Credit Card

Overseas	Master, VISA, JCB, and AMEX
Domestic	Issued in Korea (Except Samsung Card)

• Card approval may fail if the country of issue does not match the country of usage.
• The billing descriptor for international transactions will appear as www.eximbay.com.
  A payment receipt will be issued automatically by your card provider.

Bank Transfer

Please ensure the remitter’s name matches the registrant’s name.
Email the remittance receipt to the Secretariat.
All remittance charges must be borne by the sender. Any shortfall must be paid onsite.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation must be made in writing by September 30, 2025.
• A 30% administrative fee will be deducted.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this date or for no-shows.
• Registration can be transferred to another delegate upon request.
