Full paper accepted authors should submit their full paper as a .pdf and .doc(or .docx) at the conference website by September 30, 2025. Please submit the final manuscript for publication revised according to the feedback.
Accepted papers of APIST 2025 will be published in the conference proceedings, which is to be submitted for Ei Compendex and Scopus index database.
Additionally, Selected high-quality full papers will be invited to a special edition of the International Journal of Aeronautical and Space Sciences (IJASS), indexed in SCIE.

Authors of accepted abstracts are required to submit the camera-ready version according to the submission guidelines below. Please choose one of the following two options based on whether you wish to publish your paper in the official proceedings.
Authors who wish to publish their papers in the conference proceedings must prepare and upload all four files listed below:

– The final camera-ready paper should be the version that has been revised and accepted through the Full Paper Review Process.
– Authors are required to upload the final accepted version that incorporates the reviewers’ feedback.

If you do not wish to publish your paper in LNME or IJASS, you may submit an Extended Abstract (2–4 pages) instead. This version will be included in the APISAT 2025 Conference Proceedings.

All of full papers presented in the symposium will be included in the proceeding of APISAT2025. Accepted papers of APISAT 2025 will be published in the conference proceedings. For those who applied for EI/Scopus indexation, their papers will be published in Lecture Notes in Mechanical Engineering (LNME), which will be submitted for inclusion in EI Compendex and Scopus databases. Additionally, selected high-quality full papers will be invited to a special edition of the International Journal of Aeronautical and Space Sciences (IJASS) indexed in SCIE.
