APISAT 2025 Student Award
Student authors, graduate or undergraduate, are encouraged to apply for the APISAT 2025 Student Award.
Submitted papers will be evaluated by the Student Award Committee, and outstanding papers will be selected for the Best Student Paper Award.
Applicants will be evaluated based on the scientific contribution and originality of their papers, as well as the quality of their presentations given at the symposium.
The qualifying criteria are listed on the homepage.
To be considered for the APISAT 2025 Student Award, all of the following criteria must be met:

The applicant must be a full-time undergraduate or graduate student who has not completed their Ph.D. as of the symposium date
(October 27, 2025). - The applicant must be the main contributor (the first author) to the research, and the work must be original, unpublished, and not previously presented at any other conference or journal.
- Only those selected for an oral presentation are eligible to apply.

The applicant must submit the application form and official student verification
(as a single PDF) by August 15, 2025. -
The revised paper, reflecting reviewer comments and suggestions, must be submitted by
September 30, 2025. -
If the revised paper cannot be submitted by the deadline, the applicant must confirm their intention to maintain award candidacy by contacting the organizing committee via email by
September 30, 2025. - The student author is required to attend, present, and actively participate in the symposium in person.
